The Website is operated by The Singapore Resort & Spa (trading under the name Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa). These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

 

  • Prices are subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing government tax.
  • Vouchers purchased online are for advance purchase only and cannot be redeemed on-site at the time of purchase. Processing time is required before use.
  • Images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary.
  • The voucher is valid strictly for the stated period. No extensions or refunds are permitted.
  • The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and valid for a single use only.
  • Any unused credit will not be refunded, replaced, or carried forward. Amounts beyond the stated value must be settled in full at the time of use.
  • Vouchers that are damaged, defaced, expired, lost, stolen, or voided cannot be replaced or accepted.
  • Prior reservation is required, and dates are subject to availability. Blackout dates and peak periods apply.
  • Not valid in conjunction with other offers, promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
  • In the event of a dispute, Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa reserves the right of final decision.
